1. Service Description
MiCAReady is a MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) compliance analysis tool that assists EU crypto-asset issuers and financial firms in assessing their readiness against MiCA requirements. The platform performs automated gap-analysis on whitepapers and compliance documentation.
2. No Legal Advice
All outputs generated by MiCAReady — including gap-analysis reports, compliance checklists, and readiness scores — are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. MiCAReady is not a law firm and does not provide legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Results should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before any regulatory submission.
3. Use of the Service
You must be a legal entity or individual authorised to represent a legal entity operating in the EU or EEA. Use of the service is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, including MiCA Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.
4. Intellectual Property
Documents uploaded to MiCAReady remain the property of the uploading entity. MiCAReady retains no ownership over client whitepapers or compliance documents. Analysis outputs are provided to the client for their internal use.
5. Limitation of Liability
MiCAReady provides its analysis on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee regulatory approval or compliance outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiCAReady's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Data Processing
All data is processed and stored within the European Union (Cloudflare EU region). For full details on how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal. MiCA Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 takes precedence in matters of regulatory interpretation.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
